How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard 3-5 day delivery costs £3.99We currently use MyHermes tracked delivery and Royal Mail standard parcel post.


  • Royal Mail Next working day delivery costs £4.98 (Order before 1pm Mon - Friday) Order’s placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day and orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will arrive on Monday.
  • Click + Collect -FREE(Just select your store when choosing your shipping method)
  • Europe - Zone 1 £13** (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland) Rest of Europe £19**

** Please note, the prices for European delivery are a guide and are dependent on weight In some cases extra costs may be charged. Should this be necessary we will contact customers prior to obtain the payment.

We do not process / deliver on weekends or bank holidays, so please allow an extra day around these times.

My parcel hasn't been delivered.

On very rare occasions, parcels are lost in the post, if you have received your order dispatch confirmation but your parcel fails to arrive, get in touch with us by either phone or e-mail and we will investigate the matter with Royal Mail.

Can I order online and pick it up from a store i.e. Click + Collect?

Yes you can now get your order delivered direct to your local store save time and money PLUS it's totally FREE! You just need to select the Branch in the shipping method when you get to the basket page and we will do the rest!

This service is currently available in the following participating stores: Grimsby and Halifax.



What is TDF Fashions returns policy?


If you are unhappy with any part of your order for whatever reason, simply fill in the returns form sent with your parcel and send the item back to us (in original, unworn condition) in the post to 82 York Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS9 9AA within 14 days of your order being dispatched by TDF Fashion for a refund or an exchange.


We cannot accept or apply this returns policy to garments which have been worn, returned with marks on them or to underwear for hygiene reasons.

I have received an incorrect/faulty/damaged item.

If you receive an item which is faulty, damaged or different to the item which you ordered, please send an email to quoting your name and order number and the reason for the return and we will send you a prepaid label in the post.

I have returned an item, when will I get my refund?

Once your item has been received by TDF Fashion, it will be processed the same day. If the returned items are in a satisfactory condition (not worn/marked etc) we will also process your refund within 24 hours.

We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your refund has been processed.

Whilst we refund your money to your card immediately, your bank may take
a few days to transfer the money back to you.

Please note refunds will appear on the same account that the order was originally debited from

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return something to TDF Fashion, fill in the details of the item on the returns sheet included with your order and pop this, with your item back in the bag. we include a sticky label with our returns address on it plus a spare seal on the bag we send your goods in so you can reseal it should you want to send back.

TDF Fashion  advise that when returning an item for whatever reason use a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Popular services are Royal Mail’s Recorded and Special Delivery Services (ask your post office about these) but feel free to use alternative companies you may have access to. Please ensure to keep hold of your proof of postage, as this will be required, should you need to process a claim.

How much does it cost to return an item?

The cost of returning an item varies by courier and the level of service offered, currently TDF Fashion do not cover the cost of returning an item for exchange or refund, unless the item you received has a manufacturers fault or we have sent you an item different to what you ordered.

Can I return an order to my local store?

Yes you can now return your item(s) direct to your local store and save time and money!Simply take your product, in its original packaging along with your Advice Note/Returns paperwork, to the store. The store will sign your internet Returns Paperwork to confirm receipt of your items(s) and arrange for the product to be returned to our warehouse. Our Returns Team will refund the card you paid with within 7 working days.Store colleagues will NOT be able to refund cards within the store; it can ONLY be done by our Returns Team.  This service is available in the following participating stores: Grimsby, and Halifax.

Along with our regular returns policy of 30 days, we are pleased to share our extended Christmas Returns Policy - allowing you to shop in complete confidence during the festive season.

If you change your mind about your Christmas purchase, we will happily refund or exchange any garments that are bought online between: 01.11.2020 to 30.01.2021 - these can only be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase.

This policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or underwear for hygiene reasons.
