Returns Policy

TDF Fashion want you to be happy with your order and the products you have bought, that's why our returns process is as straight forward as it can be.

If you wish to return an item, please send to TDF Fashion Returns, 4 Berking Avenue, Leeds LS9 9LF.

Christmas returns : If you change your mind about your Christmas purchase we will happily exchange or refund any garments which are bought and returned between 15/11/11and 09/01/12 with proof of purchase.

No Quibbles

If you are unhappy with any part of your order for whatever reason, simply fill in the returns form sent with your parcel and send the item back to us (in original, unworn condition) in the post within 14 days of your order being dispatched by TDF Fashion.

It's that simple, no arguaments, no fuss, just an exchange for a different size or a refund to your payment card.

Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Items

If you recieve an item which is faulty, damaged or different to the item which you ordered, pop it in the post back to us for an exchange or full refund. As a good will gesture, we will also refund your postage.

Item Condition

All items returned to TDF Fashion should be returned in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

If any items returned to us are in a condition not deemed to be original we will contact you by telephone.

Refunds

Should you return any item for a refund, please allow 10 days for us to process your return and issue a refund. All refunds will be issued by the same method as the original order payment.

Exclusions

This returns policy does not apply to garments which have been worn, returned with marks on them or underwear for hygiene reasons.
